Trex RainEscape:

Trex RainEscape uses a network of troughs and gutters to create a dry space below the deck. RainEscape is installed during deck construction, and utilities like recessed lights and ceiling fans can be used with the finished ceiling soffit. For more info, click here.

TimberTech DrySpace:

TimberTech Dryspace can be installed on new and existing second story decks to create a dry space underneath and a finished looking ceiling above. However, electrical utilities like recessed lights and ceiling fans cannot usually be used. For more info, click here.
